anoying file disorder
windows has gained an anoying problem.
when I arrange icons in my computer or windows explorer the drive letters and names apear in reverse order. ( I: H: G: F: E: D: C: A: ) also the same show files display you get when viewing the system directory appears when I view a cd directory. any help would be apreciated |

No good the order sticks to reversed

Or if that doesn't work, click on Tools - Folder Options... from Windows Explorer. Go into the second tab (don't remember its name--I'm on my XP Home box right now) and look for "Remember each folder's view settings." Check it if it's unchecked. -- Try not to e-mail me, put your reply in the group so all may benefit. If you must e-mail me, though, then remove the ALLCAPS parts. |
