Default Siboco.B virus

The above virus Trojan Horse Downloader.Siboco.B Has managed to appear on my computer I have tries to remove this but unable to do so using AVG it will not even let me put it in the vault. It dos'ent seem to be causing any problems.
any help appreceited

Items in the C:\_Restore archive cannot hurt your PC - unless you use System
Restore to go back to a time between infection and cleanup.
Current best advice is to get your system stable before clearing the
archive - at least then you have something to fall back on.
