Default Rundll32 not responding

I have several of these, "Rundll32 not responding" in my
close program list, as well as "Msgsrv32 not responding".

Just last week I re-installed W98SE in a new directory and
have been re-loading Office etc.. But the machine keeps
having problems.

Default Rundll32 not responding

I have the same problems. It freezes every time I try to change some settings
in the Control Panel. Ctrl-Alt-Del shows the "Rundll32 not responding" and
the
settings are not saved. I alsohave some problems installing programs like ie6
which I think may be related to this.

This started also after a clean re-install of W98. If anyone can help me,
Thanx
