It looks like RDCDLL.DLL may be associated with a piece of spyware as it
appears to be designed for searching certain databases.

The following may help - with acknowledgement to Noel:-

"You may have a virus/spyware hijack

download the Stinger from here and run it to make sure that A-V-disabling
viruses are not present on your PC
http://download.nai.com/products/mca...rt/stinger.exe

- update your virus scanner and run a full system scan of all files.

Reboot to Safe Mode and run CWShredder - to remove variants of the
CoolWebSearch hijacker.

download AdAware from www.lavasoftusa.com, install, update, and run it to
remove spyware, adware,
and other such nasties from your system.

Default error message - further info.

On the other hand it *may* be associated with "BrightStor Enterprise Backup
Option for StorageTek ACSLS on NT/2000"
http://www.cool2.sterling.com/public..._notes/nlo.asp

who refer to a "RDCDLL.LOG"

Don't know whether you might have 'BrightStar Backup' on your PC.
