If all you did was delete it from the Accessories list, you didn't =
delete Paint, you only deleted the shortcut to it.

Open Windows Explorer, then navigate to:
C:\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories.

Right-click on some empty spot in the right-hand pane, then (left) click =
New, then Shortcut. Paint should be in the list of programs to choose =
from.

Check your work by seeing if it now appears in the =
Start\Programs\Accessories. You can right-click and Rename it to get rid =
of the .EXE on the end. Then right-click it and use "Sort by Name" to =
put everything back in alphabetical order.

On the other hand, if Paint was actually uninstalled, then you use =
Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Windows Setup tab. Click on =
Accessories, then Details. If Paint is unchecked, re-select it and click =
OK, OK, etc. If the check mark is already there, uncheck it, OK your way =
out, then go back and re-select it.
