Default Keyboard Commands in Executables

Is there a way to execute keyboard commands from within an executable
file? I want to create a file that will execute these commands:

F7
TAB
ENTER
F5

Can these commands be programmed into a .EXE file?

Thanks very much for any info.

Of course you can!

You can program a computer to do anything that uses its
input/output capacities as the computer itself would use
them, or as the user would use them.

But you need programming knowledge.

A good language to learn to have that kind of access is
called Assembly. It is one level up from machine code that
the computer uses.

Steve Gibson of http://grc.com/ uses it.

Here is an example of a program that is programmed in
Assembly:

Please repost with more information, including the path and file
name of the file to be executed.
