is there any way to change windows 98se application data directory on

The info I gave you was correct. If you use that method, Windows will do the book-keeping... It will ONLY work by selecting "properties" but if you simply click and drag it yourself...or cut and paste it will not work then you will run into problems |

It seems to work correctly and shows as being D:\My Documents in properties as seen from the desktop icon (but not from a rt click in Explorer). 'Move' is an option from a Rt Click & Drag + Dropl. |
