Default missing file

A required. DLL file, C:\wndows\system\cr tdll.dll, was
not found. what does that mean and what can I do to fix?

CRTDLL.DLL
Extract a new copy of CRTDLL.DLL from either your Windows 98 CD or from =
the CAB
files on your hard drive, whichever you have, to the Windows\System =
folder, using the
"Extract one file" option of System File Checker (SFC).
