Default Help....

Hi, newbie here having big problems after a rebuild... Can anyone shed any
light on why my windows kernel is constantly running at 100% even though I
have 448 of ram installed with bugger all loaded in memory and supposedly
41% free? just what is the realtionship here?

Default Help....

Oh and like these guys I've downloaded Norton updates recently. Can't get
anyone from Norton to respond as Firewall and Anti-Virus 2002 are no longer
supported although they were happy to take my subscription renewal in
march...
