It looks as if you or an intruder has saved a zip file that has such a long
name that it exceeds the file name size in Win 98. I would try a search using *.zip to identify it, and then either delete it from within Windows or boot up press the F8 key to bring up the boot menu, choose the command prompt option, and delete it from there by using the del command. You can find out what the switches are for the command by entering del /? at the command prompt. It is usually more advisable to rename a file in such cases, rather than
delete it. Write down the original name for reference, and even move the file to a more convenient location until you've determined for sure that it's OK to delete. -- Gary S.
