Default how to access restore points

How do I access restore points in Win ME? Been so long since I've used I've
forgotten how. I know it's simple.

My OE won't load Inbox, so thought I might be able to go back and find a
restore point that would fix the problem.

I wouldn't necessarily jump to the comclusion that a Restore is required
when OE Inbox fails to load. I have had the same problem a few times
(probably due to the hundreds and hundreds of emails in my Inbox folder) but
usually at the next reboot or even after just a few minutes and then
retrying to reload OE the Inbox loads just fine.

Meanwhile, I have reduced the content of Inbox significantly.

Note that System Restore is unlikely to do anything for a corrupted Inbox -
as it ignores the .dbx files involved (although if the corruption is
elsewhere, it may possibly have some benefits)

I keep trying System Restore, over and over, and Tony Blair is still PM!

Yes. It'd be a pleasure. It's about time we had recourse to articles of
impeachment (and about time the Yanks made use of theirs!).
