Windows Me Start/Search For Files or Folders Doesn't Work
Windows ME Start/Search For Files or Folders Doesn't Work When I go to Start/Search/For Files or Folders the Left side of the window is missing the box for Search for files or folders named: the Containing Text: box and Look in: box and the button to Search now is missing and Search options box. I don't know when this got screwed up and tried to do a System Restore and Repair Internet Explorer from the Add/Remove programs and have run Ad-Aware and Spy-bot Search and Destroy and Spyware blaster and HiJackthis and nothing has restored it back or made it work and also have run Norton Anti virus also tried to force the left pane by clicking on search from tool bar and from View and File only has close in the menu nothing else and Help doesn't have Help Topics only About Windows. any help on how to get this back would be appreciated. Thanks Greg |
