Default start up items

How do I access the check list for start up items/programs
in Windows 98. I know there is a way to control start up
items other than removing them from the startup menu in the
Settings, Taskbar meunu option.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

If you mean the System Configuration Utility,
click Start Run, type msconfig and click OK.
Then click the Startup tab.
