Default No MS Web Connection

I have got one of the wierdest problems that I have ever seen. Any help
would be appreciated.

I am using ICS. My W2K computer is the host and my WinME is the client.
Everything seems to work not too bad. I can search, visit websites, dowload
files, etc.

Only one wierdness. I cannot go to Microsofts own website using the ME
machine. Period!! I can't go to the update page, FTP file download or
anything. I can ping the site fine, but when I go to load the web page, the
progress bar goes about half way and then sits there forever.

Any ideas????
