size in both the windows\help and windows\options\cabs
directories is 1,315 (the original size extracted). I

directory.

I have searched the computer but cannot find

Since it takes about 30 minutes before this fails, I

I re-extracted both the license.txt and layout1.inf. I
then moved copies to windows and windows/help
directories.

This has seemed to fix the problem. Thank you for
hanging in there with me.
