What is the best settings for Opera on Dial up?
I am referring to the settings located in Tools-Preferences In the Preferences, you will find a section called Performance. What is the best settings for dial-up? What is Enable Pipelining? (In laymen terms please) Opera version 10.00 Thank you. Greg
