How to stop a program from starting at the same time as Windows

I have a problem with Nokia PC Suite. I need it so I cannot just un-install
it but I would like the connection manager not to start when I start up
Windows (Me). In the program there is no possibility to disable the launch
of the program at Windows start up. It doesn't appear in Programs start-up.
In Msconfig if I un-check it in the start-up tab, it creates problems with
IRFTP seemingly (which stops responding when I use the Nokia cellphone as a
modem to get on the internet).

Nothing useful found on nokia.com either.

Any ideas?
