Default A good primer on the web for using LCD when you are used to a CRT?

Any good websites with tips for setting up an LCD monitor? I just got
a new Dell 1905FP 19" LCD, and can't believe I have to set the
brightness at about 10% and contrast at about 40%. My old CRT had to
be at 100% contrast and almost that for brightness to get accurate
photo prints from PS Elements.
