Default utils for identifiying (memory) leaky apps

Is there a program for Windows 98 that helps give a breakdown of what
programs/dlls/modules/whatever are allocating memory for the purposes of
tracking down a memory leak? I'm not interested in attempting to fix the
problem, merely trying to figure out which program is leaking. It seems
that for some odd reason, a certain combination of programs is causing a
memory leak, but none of the programs individually have leaked. I'd like
to find out who the curplit is.

On the Classic Mac OS, I had a program called "Memory Mapper" that gave
me a graphical listing of my powermac's memory, and a breakdown of what
program was using what area of memory and how much. I'm looking for
something similar for Windows 98. It's hard to tell these days what
works with win98/ME and what is only for NT-based 2000/XP.
