Default Hard drive larger then 120GB question

Hello:

I know that there is a limitation in Win98SE with regard to hard drive size
greater then 120GB. My question is, if I put a 320GB hard drive in an SE
box but only create a partition of 120GB or less, will I still run into
problems?

TIA
