mprexe has performed an illegal op.

Whenever I boot my comp. the message "mprexe has performed
an illegal operation and will be shut down." and then my
comp freezes and I have to reboot and it still comes
up..Also if I try to boot into safe mode that also comes
up. ..does anyone know what this means and how I may fix
this if I can? I have tried looking on Microsoft's support
and knowledge base to no avail..if anyone can help with
this thank you so much!!!!

Please post the *exact* error message(s) and what was going on when it/they
appeared (i.e, where in the boot process did it occur). If there is a
details button, click it and post that message verbatim--the registers are
not required.
