Default Gateway's Helpspot

I have a Gateway Computer which came with Helpspot already
downloaded. It has been real handy in answering questions.
On the bar at the top of the page you can click
home, index, and etc. for more answers. Home and the other
choices are still there but somehow when I click index
now, it won't open it. Where the help questions in the
index part are supposed to be is a little box with
blue, green, and red triangles. Why? How can I get helpspot
to work again like it did in the beginning? I can't call
Gateway, they charge an arm and a leg when you call them,
and I can't understand the person I talk to anyway. Thank
you
