System.ini
when i boot my computer screen comes on saying that system.ini refers to
device files vredir.vxd and dfs.vxd and that they no longer exist. i have no idea what apps thes files belong to or how to fix tis problem. also, after that i get an error msgbox saying "cannot load link library" and that box says it is refering to Microsoft Network. as you've probably guessed, i don't know ow to fix that either. I DO have all thi drivers, and files i need, and if that is the problem, i just do not know where to put them. -- ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED |

Start Settings Control Panel Network,
remove and reinstall Client for Microsoft Networks, using the Add button Clients Microsoft, and be prepared to insert your Windows CD when prompted. -- Glen Ventura, MS MVP W95/98 Systems http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm "SWAN_943" wrote in message ... when i boot my computer screen comes on saying that system.ini refers to device files vredir.vxd and dfs.vxd and that they no longer exist. i have no idea what apps thes files belong to or how to fix tis problem. also, after that i get an error msgbox saying "cannot load link library" and that box says it is refering to Microsoft Network. as you've probably guessed, i don't know ow to fix that either.
