Default nsdrv.exe what is it?

my norton internet security keeps showing me this
NSDRV.EXE is attempting to access the internet.

i am not sure what this is or how to get rid of it.
i select "block" or "permit", neither seems to make a
difference as the window keeps popping up.
i can drag it to the side of the screen so it's out of the
way, and everything seems to work ok, but i would rather
not see it pop up anymore.

any suggestions?

Here you go:
http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/answers_9.htm

You will find links to the Sun Java site at the URL above. I'm sure they
have a support site that will be able to tell you if that particular file
should be trying to access the internet.
