Default ole32.dll error with Explorer

Hi all,

I keep getting an Explorer error stating about the ole32.dll file. I
tried to re install the Explorer but that didn't solve the problem
(update and full offline version). I installed Netscape and this works
ok but I still keep getting this error message poping up all the time,
and I am not able to use any other functionalities on my computer
whilst doing this. This means I am not able to use the MSN messenger
without this error message as this program uses Internet Explorer, can
not acces my desktop, not able to use windows media player and so on.
I was told that the problem might be soved by re registering the
ole32.dll file again. Well here is the problem. I don't have the Me
installation CD as when I bought the computer from Dell the Me was
already installed. Does anyone know where I could get hold of the Me
CD or that ole32.dll file for Me? I have tried Dell and they won't
send it.

Thank you very much for your help.

Katja
