Default IE 6 SP1 download at Microsoft website - any changes?

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

Note the updated release date: 9/21/2005

Does this actually mean anything?

One thing I'll bet it does NOT mean: Fixing the Explorer delete/move large number of files hang! Microsoft will apparently get away with never even acknowledging this.

Best regards,

Ivan

If anything, the latest version includes the MS05-038 update.

It means a newer vgx.cab having to do with Vector Graphics Rendering
(VML) and that was the only difference I saw. Of some note was the
finrel in the url path though - final release?
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo.../EN-US/vgx.cab

I'm in doubt the new VML engine is the fix for hanging on large numbers
of files deleted too.
