Fatal Exception 0D
Does anyone know how I can correct this problem: When I
shut down my computer from the START tab this blue screen shows up with this message; Windows A fatal exception 0D has occurred at 0317:00009D3E. Then I press the Ctrl +Alt +Del and nothing happens. When I press any other key {Enter} the screen goes to black with a line on top. I then have to shut down by a hard boot (unplug power) which I know is not good for my computer. Please if anyone knows how to correct problem let me know. I own a HP Pavilion that is running Windows 98. |
