Default Help needed please

One of the user has been playing around with the screen
here and the result is a desktop displaying everything
upside down. To move the mouse up on the screen it has to
be going down on the mouse pad. Infact the icon labels on
the desktop are all showing upside down. Has anyone seen
this before. Any help to correct this is appreciated.
Thanks.

Jack,

If you have controls on the front of the Monitor look through all
the settings. Especially Geometry if there is a setting for that.

Tell your user to remove whatever application he used.

If it's not a physical setting in the monitor controls as Bill mentions =
or a Joke as Mae suggests, it could be an option in the video =
adapter/chip settings.

First try pressing ctrl+alt+Up Arrow to see if it orientates it =
correctly.=20

Also Right click on the Desktop, click Properties Settings Advanced =
tab. Look in all the tabs and settings/properties for Rotation (or =
similar) settings. If you have them you should also be able to disable =
them. Also have a look for a tab/settings for Hotkeys and either remove =
the entries for rotate or change them. Next take the user out back in =
private, no witnesses and (you fill in the rest here.)
