Default Customizing Macros

For the life of me I can't figure out how to make my own
macros for my wife. She is a typist and frequently has to
type the same sentence over and over. I would like to
create several macros to avoid this repeated task.

I even asked a friend who is taking a class on Windows and
the teacher couldn't answer it either. Anyone?

Thanks,
Tom

What version of Word (or other word processor) are you using?

OTOH, there are a number of applications available for just this type of
purpose - I use one for a lot of posts to these groups (ActiveWords - from
www.ActiveWords.com).

HTH
