Direct Cable Connection
I'm attempting to transfer some files from one PC to another one.
I tried a LapLink cable and connected the LPT1 ports and set up the software in Accessories/Communications,, etc. The "Guest" computer gave me an error message that the LPT1 port was not connected. I tried another cable (different from the LapLink cable above) and tried the COM1 ports. Got the same message from the Guest computer. Tried the COM2 ports. Got the same message. Any ideas?? Thanks, Doug |
