I am trying to install windows 2000 and it is asking for
my windows 98 disk. I can't find the disk but do have the

if you have the win2k upgrade cd...you will need to have a cd
of a previous qualifying product...having the s/n will not help...
nor is it needed.

i believe and NT4 cd will also work...and it may be less money (on ebay)
to buy one
