Standby option accidentally disabled

Yesterday I placed by laptop on standby twice - and twice
it would not "wake up" from standby and so I had to power
down and reboot (happens occasionally for me - maybe once
every 2 weeks). On the second reboot, a box popped up
saying that Windows noticed this problem - would I like to
disable standby? I thought, "sure, it can't hurt," assuming
I would just change my other power scheme options to turn
off the hard disk when I wasn't home. I thought better of
it this morning, and when I went to turn Standby back on, I
found that it was now missing from my Power Management
Properties! Does anyone know how to bring it back? I like
having standby as an instant option to save electricity!
