Monitor doesn't resume from standby
1.4 Ghz Pentium 4 - Windows 98 standard
Computer goes into standby and will seem to resume, however monitor stays in low power mode. Also mouse will not resume computer from standby. I'm reconfiguring an old cpu with no budget All hardware have updated drivers and monitor is energy star. Thanks for any suggestions
