eFax
THANKS, Mart, but...
I have used eFax for 6 years. It is not that I do not want to pay for a fax utility. it is I have established contacts using the same number throughout those years. Money is not an issue. The change is and that will be a PITA. SGB "Mart" wrote in message ... If you are really desperate for a 'free' Fax utility (not eFax) for use with WinMe AND you have a copy of the Win98/98SE CD which included a fax utility, then there is a 'possible' solution. Post back and I'll try to dig it out (probably in the morning!) Mart "SGB" wrote in message ... Oh me... oh my... have I ever tried! I was instructed to send an email to . I sent them several messages over a week ago with no reply. Unless, one has the paid version - eFax Messenger Plus - they do not offer telephone assistance. Thanks for being here for me. I REALLY do appreciate you trying to help. Smiles, SGB "webster72n" wrote in message ... SGB: Can't you get the version you are looking for right from them? |

eFax
SGB:
If money is no problem, why don't you upgrade your existing to a paid version and try to keep your number(s), if that's possible? (Just an after thought). Harry. "SGB" wrote in message ... eFax
SGB: I found an eFax file from way back, which I stored on a floppy. It will not open in Notepad or WordPad, but maybe you'ld find a way. If you contact me via email (see properties), I can send it to you if you wish. Harry. "SGB" wrote in message ... THANKS, Mart, but... I have used eFax for 6 years.
