Default Computer crashing

I built a desktop with P4 3GHz with the following,
Motherboard: ECS EliteGroup 848P-A and BestData ArcadeFX AGP video
card. Power supply is also new and I think it was 350W. I had old video
card when I built the system and it was working fine.
OS: Windows XP

Co-incidence or I do not know but problem started after I installed new
graphics card (BestData ArcadeFX AGP ).

Problem:
Computer is crashing now. It runs for some time and then it crashes.
When trying to burn DVD it crashes all the time. Tried putting the old
video card and still problem persists.

Could some one please let me know what could be the problem.

I'd suspect the PSU - you may have overstressed it with the newer card

BTW - this group is intended for users of Millennium Edition, so how come
you're posting here??
