fatal exception

After some time of my computer good job I see a blue screen with following
words
A fatal exception 0E has occured at 0028:C02865AA in VXD VWIN32(05):000022A2
After three finger combination and computer restart it worked normally
sometime even for a long period of time, even some days, or sometime only
for several minutes.
Any help?
My computer is PIII 1Ghz, 256 MB, Windows 98SE.
