Default USB driver problem?

Output from MSINFO32,Components,Miscellaneous:

Is this really a problem. I have no USB devices attached. Can anyone tell
me where the "driver tab" is? Does it call for the Win98 SE installation
CD?

Rightclick 'My Computer', select properties. Select 'Device manager' tab.
Find your hardware, select it, click properties.
