windows starts in safe mode or not at all
I run Windows 98. I updated and installed Windows
Media Player 9 via Windows Update. Now Windows will only start in safe mode or not at all. I have removed the update, so Windows starts fine now. What is keeping Windows from starting with the Media Player update?
