Default Outlook Express Reply Window

Recently, when Pressing the Reply button The opened window in narrow (about
2 inches), and I have to press the Expand button to reply.

Any way to correct this annoyance?

Thanks

Rather than using the Expand or rather the Maximise button, try dragging
the edge of the window to the required size. This should then "stick" and
be the size of the window when next opened.
