Default missing help

Somehow I am missing the help answer file. I am not sure
but, I can go to ms window help, ask a question and, after
pressing next for the right dialog box comes up blank.
Please, can someone give me an option to try as i am not
very good as how to proceed! Thanks for any answers that
anyone can provide

This worked for me:

Go to Start | Run
Type in regedit

In the left pane, find

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\ActiveX
Compatibility\{4B106874-DD36-11D0-8B44-00A024DD9EFF}

In the right pane, find Compatibility Flags

The value may be 00000400

Double click it and change the 400 to 000

Close regedit and restart the computer

Did you recently install a security update?

If so, get the TS work around fix at:
http://mvps.org/PracticallyNerded/SoftFixes.htm

If not, do a find on your hard drive for: tshoot.inf If it is not found,
open Explorer and on the toolbar click, View, Folder Options and View tab.
Mark the box, Show all files. Do the find again. When found, right click
the file and select install.
