Default my PC low performance (WIN98)

Hi Threre

My "Resource Meter" just after openning my PC is:

System Resources: 42% free
User Resources: 42% free
GDI Resources: 47% free

How can I see what running in my computer (WIN 98) and what element take what
resources (I know such tool only on XP).

I do not need just the list, i need the numbers !!!
If not is there some external tool I can use ???
