Default BIOS

I have done as instructed in the
knowledge base but at the point of this recomadadition:

"Click Plug and Play BIOS, and then click to select the
Disable NVRAM / ESCD updates check box on the Settings tab.

I do not have the 'plug and play BIOS option.

I am cannot completley shut down my system. Any
assistance would be greatly appreciated...
