Changing the Language of the Operating System

How do I change a computer which boots with Dutch language
to boot with English Language. It is a Windows 98

I don't do email support and you really should not ask for it. When a
response is posted in the newsgroup, a lot of people are going to review it
and make sure that the answer is correct or at least that it will not do any
harm to your PC. When you get an email, no one can review it to ensure it
has good information. Finally, when you use a valid email address in a
public newsgroup like this, you are bound to get tons of spam and emails
with a virus attached.

You cannot change it. If you have the room, you can dual boot the PC with
two different language versions or you can format the drive and install an
English version of W98.
