Default Problem using Media Player and Zoom Player since screwing around with DivX

Hi:

I mistakenly installed older DivX technology. The problem I'm having is that
I know get an error message stating" The Quartz.dll file is linked to
missing export KERNELL32DLLelayLoadFailureHook"

I cannot play videos using Zoom Player or Media Player 10.I uninstalled and
reinstalled everything.I even reinstalled DirectX 9.1.

Please help,
Thanks,
Mark

Can you unistall the older DivX technology and do you have a back-up,
hopefully if problems are too serious to handle?

Use Windows Media Player to restore the settings and make sure another player
is not using those settings. This could have happened due to your original
problem.
