dr seuss reading games

I am having trouble downloading reading games from Dr.
Seuss onto my computer. Every time I try to download it
says theres was a problem and asks if i want to send an
error report. i always send an error report. i own an hp
pavilion 515n windows computer. the game is for windows 98
\95 & macintosh. i have also tried to manually download
the game folling the directions in the booklet and
nothing seems to work. i purchased my computer only one
year ago. can some one please e-mail me or call me at
815-344-1799. i would like to try the free support first
before i pay the fee of 35 dollars. thank you.

It is rarely ever necessary to contact Microsoft for technical problems, so
save yourself some money. This, and other similar newsgroups, should be your
source for assistance. However, before anyone can help you, you will need to
be more specific. What was the exact error message? How are you connected to
the internet?

By the way, listing your telephone number and your real email address in
newsgroup posts are very risky. For one thing, it makes your system very
vulnerable to spam and virus attacks. For another, you may start receiving
weird phone calls, or, worse yet, someone could possibly hijack your phone
number for expensive overseas calls.
