Default Two Monitors

If monitor is removed from / Device Manager,
on reboot this new P4 PC instals not one but
two Default Monitors. Why, i.e. does this
indicate something else not yet apparent?

Default Two Monitors

Remove all monitors from Device Manager in safe mode, reboot and see what
happens.

This has been done: same result = autodetect
and instal two Default Monitors (OK for
SVGA on ASUS Radeon 9200 video.)
Since default monitors require no
drivers these appear identical.

Question remains: does this point to some
other misconfiguration?

this happens to me since I iinstalled my new Invidia card...

it still works okay, so I just leave it alone, can't get rid of it.
