Default WINDOWS ME SHUTDOWN PROBLEM

Win ME will not shutdown properly. Stalls and has to be
shutdown manually.

Any fix for this?

.Hello, you say your computer won't shut down properly.

So it is shuting down? Could you explane a little more
just what it' doing, how it's acting when you shut down?
Also it's not very good at all for your computer to shut
it down manually all the time! POST REPLY.
