CD Rom Drive not reading Disc

I saw exactly the same problem with with Roxio 5 Easy CD
Creator/DirectCD on a Dell Windows XP Home machine. I uninstalled and then
reinstalled the whole program, and after that it behaved itself. Worth a try
.... if you're using Nero 5, you could try the same thing (but you may have
trouble getting rid of InCD).
