access active programs
Cancelled a non reaponsive program that was hung up and
some of the icons in the right bottom window by the time disappeared. now I cannot access the other programs that ere running, but if I try to restart them I get a message saying already running cannot strt additional program. I do not really want to reboot the system. is ther any way to acces these phantom programs?
