Help with Realtek RTL8029 Network adapter
My Realtek RTL8029 Network adapter has crashed when powering the PC on, so
firewall, antivirus, etc failed also. I reboted PC into safe mode and removed network adapter, then rebooted again, but windows detected adapter as "PCI early non-VGA device". I was not able reinstall drivers, after specifying path to folder with drivers in Driver Wizard, each time theWizard show it can no find drivers. I removed Registry key where was stored pathes to drivers location (few pathes), then, on reboot, the adapter was recognoized correctly, and I was able to reinstall drivers sucessfully. But after rebooting, windows show message that the Network Adapter is not functioning properly, and it highlighted in yellow in Device Manager. I repeated adapter uninstall/re-install process, but this not help, still show "Network Adapter is not functioning properly". Can anyone help please? |
